This is an 18th-century (1786-1797) English Georgian silver & mother of pearl antique folding penknife.
Hallmarked sterling silver blade.
Genuine mother-of-pearl scales with hand-decorated stripes. Similar matching stripes on the bolster and the spine.
No monograms or inscriptions.
