Antique English Chester hallmarked sterling silver sugar basket.
Pierced silver design. Beaded decoration to the base, rim and handle.
Heavy and thick antique blue glass liner.
Free from inscriptions or monograms.

CONDITION: Some dents but no damage to the silver, no damage to the glass liner. The hinges on the handle are secure and firm. Some tarnishing that will polish off.
