This is a lovely German (c.1910) antique miniature double folding penknife or quill cutter
Genuine mother of pearl scales.
Stamped 'GERMANY', 'MAGN..', 'OIL THE JOINTS'.
The hinges are firm, the blades have a strong snap to them. No wobbles.
It is free from inscriptions or monograms.
