A lovely 19th-century (c.1880) English Victorian double folding quill sharpener or cutter penknife - the slender blades designed for cutting quill pen nibs to shape.
Mother of pearl scales.
Original high carbon steel blades, both snap strongly when being closed.
The blades still have a good thickness to them. Stamped **AK&Co.
No personal inscriptions or monograms on the pearl scales.
