This is an antique late 19th-century (c.1890) small Victorian MOP and steel double folding penknife.
Genuine mother of pearl scales. Brass liners.
High carbon steel, stamped SHEFFIELD ENGLAND
No monograms or inscriptions.
The pearl scale has some damage

CONDITION: The blades snap nicely, still have a good thickness to them, not flimsy.
