This is a late 19th-century (c.1890) antique Victorian miniature multi-tool penknife.
It comprises two blades, a corkscrew, and a punch.
Stamped 'J.B.LLCV. SHEFFIELD'.
Brass liners and pins.
Genuine mother of pearl scales. No monograms or inscriptions.
